Color That Lasts. Walls That Work. Vinyl Done Properly.

Vinyl siding is made from plastic panels that hang on the wall and overlap to shed water. The color runs through the material rather than sitting only on the surface, so it does not need repainting the way wood does. That simplicity is a large part of its appeal for homeowners in Yates Center, KS who want a tidy exterior without constant upkeep.

Still, vinyl is easy to install badly. It expands and contracts as temperatures change, so panels must be allowed to move. Nail them down too tight and they buckle. Leave gaps in the wrong places and water finds its way in. A professional installer understands where fasteners belong, how far panels should overlap and how each corner and window should be trimmed.

Preparation matters just as much. A flat, sound wall and a proper weather barrier give the siding a stable base. Flashing at windows, doors and other openings directs water outward. These parts of the job are covered up once the panels go on, which is exactly why they must be done carefully the first time.

We begin with a walk around the home to discuss profile, color and trim. We then prepare the wall, set the starter strip level, and work upward course by course, checking alignment as we go. When we finish, we clean up and walk the house with you to confirm every detail meets your expectations.
